Contest "Unknown Fates"

In the world of FreeStreet, every NPC is more than just a backdrop. Some hand out rewards, some we simply walk past, but each of them has a story: how they ended up in this city, why they chose this occupation, what they remember about the past. We invite you to breathe life into FreeStreet's characters! Come up with and voice a story about any NPC from December 1 through December 7 inclusive. Reveal their character, habits, and manner of speech. Let players see the game world in a new way. ☃️ Conditions 1. You will need to choose any implemented NPC from our dance metropolis. Your task is to create their unique New Year story: think through their past, motives, character, and peculiarities of behavior and speech. Record a captivating, emotionally rich story that reveals the character's personality and their connection to the city. 2. Record an audio file lasting from 1 to 5 minutes in which you voice the story in first person — as if your hero is sharing their fate with the listeners themselves. 3. Post your work in the designated contest thread, following the entry form. ⭐️ Evaluation system 1. Originality of the narrative and literacy of spoken speech. 2. Atmosphere and sound accompaniment. 3. Depth of elaboration of the chosen NPC's image. 🎄 Rules 1. Participants are allowed to edit their own speech using specialized audio processing software. 2. Participants may add accompanying melodies and sound effects to the audio recording if this is artistically justified and fits the course of the narrative. However, the music must not drown out the narrator's voice — the speech must remain clearly audible; audio elements must fit organically into the story, enhancing the atmosphere rather than distracting from the plot. 3. The use of fragments of conversations or voices from any internet sources (clips, samples, and so on) is not allowed. 4. The use of neural networks to create or process audio material is strictly prohibited. 5. The use of someone else's content for the purpose of passing it off as one's own is strictly prohibited. All submitted works must be created exclusively by the contest participant. 6. Each participant may submit only one work from one account. The use of twin accounts is prohibited. 7. The contest organizers reserve the right to make changes to the terms of the event at any stage: before the start, during the event, and after the contest ends. All participants agree to these terms upon registration. 8. Participants are obliged to maintain correctness and a respectful attitude toward the organizers, the jury, and other participants at all stages of the contest: before the start, during the event, and after it ends. Any display of aggression, inappropriate behavior, and violation of ethical norms is unacceptable. 9. Each work must comply with the current rules of the project and the Telegram channel, and must not contain offensive, provocative, or other inappropriate content. ✨ Rewards The authors of the best works, according to the jury's vote, will receive 1 part of the "Hot Summer" outfit for their gender with a choice of color, the title "Moon Shine" (1 OP), 15 flowers of passion, and 20 New Year crystals. The number of nominees for the main prizes will depend on the number of participants: - from 1 to 10 — 3 winners; - from 11 to 20 — 4 winners; - from 21 to 30 — 5 winners; And the number will increase by one for every 10 additional entries. 💕 Consolation prize for participants who did not take prize places but fulfilled all the contest requirements: the "Kite" accessory, 25 special bait, and 20 New Year crystals.
