Public Offer of the "FREESTREET" Service

This public offer regulates the procedure for providing access to the "FREESTREET" online service and constitutes an offer to conclude a service agreement. Acceptance is recognized as registration on the Platform, payment for services, or actual use of the service.

1. Terms
   1. Platform - the "FREESTREET" internet service providing access to gaming functionality and related features.
   2. Operator - the entity managing the Platform and entering into an agreement with the Player.
   3. Player - a legally capable individual using the Platform for personal non-commercial purposes.
   4. Account - the Player's user account on the Platform.
   5. Virtual Currency - conditional units within the service that are not electronic money and have no denomination outside the Platform.
   6. Content - any data available on the Platform, including user content, network traffic, game objects, and other materials.
2. Important Statements and Disclaimer of Association with Rights Holders
   1. "FREESTREET" is an independent compatibility service. The Platform is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to Snail Game, Snail, "5Street," or any other holders of corresponding trademarks and copyright objects.
   2. All mentions of third-party brands are used solely for descriptive purposes. All trademarks and copyright objects belong to their lawful owners.
   3. The Player undertakes not to upload or transmit to the Platform objects to which they do not hold rights or whose use is prohibited to them.
3. Subject of the Agreement
   1. The Operator provides the Player with access to the Platform and its functionality under the terms of this Offer.
   2. The composition and scope of functionality may be changed by the Operator at any time.
4. Registration and Access
   1. Access requires registration and Account creation.
   2. The Player is responsible for safeguarding their login and password. Transfer of access to third parties is prohibited.
   3. The Operator has the right to use anti-cheat mechanisms and other protection means. Such means may collect and process technical information about the device, software, network identifiers, as well as interaction with the Platform to the extent necessary for the service operation and prevention of violations.
5. Rules of Use
   1. The Player undertakes to:
      • use the service only for personal non-commercial purposes;
      • comply with applicable law and third-party rights;
      • not interfere with the Platform's operation, not bypass technical protection means, not use bots, cheats, emulators, proxies, and other means violating the rules;
      • not attempt to hack the server, infrastructure, or other Accounts;
      • not post malicious code and not violate data security.
   2. The Operator has the right at its discretion to limit functionality, suspend access, cancel Virtual Currency and items if there are signs of violations or security threats.
6. Virtual Currency and Payments
   1. Virtual Currency and in-game items may be used on the Platform. They are provided for use, have no market value outside the Platform, and are not subject to exchange for money or other valuables.
   2. Payment for Services is made according to tariffs indicated on the Platform. The Operator has the right to change tariffs with prior posting of information on the Platform.
   3. Digital content and services are provided from the moment of payment. The Player gives consent to immediate commencement of execution and confirms understanding of the possible loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
   4. Refunds for already provided services and digital content are not made, except in cases expressly provided by applicable law.
7. Gameplay Changes
   1. The Operator has the right to change game balance, economy, participation rules, quantity and properties of in-game items, reward system, anti-cheat policy, and other elements.
   2. Such changes may be necessary to ensure balance, security, technical stability, and project development.
8. User Content and Rights Holder Notifications
   1. The Player is responsible for the Content they post and transmit. The Player guarantees that they possess all necessary rights and permissions.
   2. Upon receiving proper notification of intellectual property rights violation, the Operator will promptly take measures to restrict access to disputed materials or remove them.
   3. Rights holder notification must contain:
      • identification of the work or object and proof of rights;
      • URL or other precise description of disputed materials;
      • contact details of the claimant;
      • statement of good faith and confirmation of liability for knowingly false notification.
   4. Notifications are sent to support@freestreet.dance. The Operator may request additional information for verification.
9. Privacy and Data
   1. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Platform.
   2. The Operator applies reasonable protection measures but does not guarantee absolute security of data transmission over the Internet.
10. Limitation of Liability
    1. The service is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation and compatibility with any devices and software.
    2. The Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, service interruptions, third-party actions, and force majeure.
11. Suspension and Termination of Access
    1. The Operator has the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform wholly or partially at any time in case of rule violations, security risks, legal requirements, or technical work.
    2. The Operator has the right to terminate provision of the "FREESTREET" service as a whole. In such case, access to the service and Virtual Currency terminates without any compensation, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Age Restrictions
    1. Use of the Platform is permitted for persons who have reached the minimum age established by the law of their country. If consent of a legal representative is required, the Player confirms its receipt.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
    1. The law of the Russian Federation applies to the Offer and relations of the parties, unless imperative norms of other law prescribe otherwise.
    2. Pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory. Response period - 10 business days.
    3. Disputes are subject to consideration in a competent court at the Operator's location, unless otherwise provided by imperative norms.
14. Amendment of the Offer
    1. The Operator has the right to amend the Offer. The current version is published on the Platform and applies from the moment of publication, unless a different term is specified. Continued use of the Platform means consent to the changes.
15. Other Conditions
    1. Invalidity of an individual provision does not entail invalidity of the Offer as a whole.
    2. Translations of the Offer into other languages are provided upon request. In case of discrepancies, the Russian version takes priority.

Appendix 1. Fair Use Policy and Anti-Cheat

1. Any means of circumvention, client modification, traffic manipulation, data emulation and substitution, interference with server logic are prohibited.
2. The Operator may apply temporary and permanent blocks of Accounts, devices, IP addresses, as well as reset progress and Virtual Currency upon detection of violations.
3. The Operator may process and store technical log data necessary for incident investigation and rights protection.

Appendix 2. Notice for Rights Holders

1. The Operator respects intellectual property rights and operates under the "notice and takedown" model.
2. To expedite processing, provide links, descriptions, and proof of rights.
3. In case of repeated violations, deactivation of corresponding Accounts is possible.
