1. Use of third-party software and bugs for personal gain, misinformation

1.1 Use of third-party software

Grounds for penalty: the use of third-party programs, unauthorized modifications, or tools within the game is strictly prohibited. This rule exists to ensure a fair and equal gaming environment for all players and to prevent fraud, cheating, or any other unfair practices.

What is prohibited:

Using cheats, bots, macros, or any other third-party programs that give a player an advantage over others.
Modifying game files or code to gain an unfair advantage.
Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to game servers or other players' accounts.
Using any tools that alter gameplay in order to gain an advantage or violate the game rules.

Penalty:

Permanent account ban.

Purpose of this rule: to promote an honest and fair gaming environment where every player has an equal chance of success and is not subjected to unfair practices by other participants. The game company strictly monitors the use of third-party programs and security measures in order to maintain fair play and respect for the community rules.

1.2 Use of bugs, errors, and other advantages for personal gain

Grounds for penalty: the use of bugs, other advantages, or unintended game features for personal gain is strictly prohibited. This includes any actions that allow a player to gain an unfair advantage in the game or access resources they should not have. Violating this rule undermines the fairness and equality of the game for all players.

What is prohibited:

Using bugs or errors that provide personal advantages, such as infinite resources, invulnerability, or other unfair benefits.
Abusing game glitches that may disrupt gameplay balance or provide an advantage over other players.
Using unintended game features, including those that may have resulted from developer errors, to obtain personal benefit.

Penalty:

Permanent account ban.

Purpose of this rule: to ensure fairness and equality in the game, where every player has an equal chance of success and is not subjected to unfair practices by other participants. This also helps maintain game balance for all players.

1.3 Intentional misinformation on game platforms

Grounds for penalty: this rule prohibits players from deliberately spreading false information about the project, moderation, or administration as a whole when such information may harm players, the game, or the community. Intentional misinformation may include false statements about game functionality, ways to gain benefits or advantages, as well as other forms of information manipulation intended to deceive others or violate the game rules.

Messages under this rule may be moderated in any available communication channel between players, including private messages, mail, and so on.

Penalty:

Permanent account ban.

2. Caps, spam, flood, flame, advertising, and links

2.1 Caps

Grounds for penalty: the "caps" penalty applies when a user writes more than 50% of a message in uppercase letters. This also includes text written in alternating case, where letters switch between uppercase and lowercase, for example: HeLlO, HoW aRe YoU!

Sanctions are applied starting from 2 or more messages. Exceptions include player nicknames, clan names, and gang names that were originally created in uppercase.

Penalty:

First violation: chat communication restriction for 20 minutes.
Second violation: chat communication restriction for 40 minutes.
Third violation: chat communication restriction for 60 minutes.

2.2 Spam and flood

Users are prohibited from spreading spam, meaning informational links and announcements unrelated to the game process, and flood, meaning repeatedly posted information, in the game's moderated information services.

Penalty:

First violation: chat communication restriction for 20 minutes.
Repeated violation: chat communication restriction for 40 minutes.
Third violation: chat communication restriction for 60 minutes.

Sanctions for flood and spam are applied only if one player sends 10 or more consecutive messages.

To level up the Superphone badge or participate in an event involving Superphone, Megaphone, or Gigaphone spending, it is recommended to use a single dot.

2.3 Flame

Grounds for penalty: flame or flaming is a situation in which chat participants exchange insulting, aggressive, or humiliating comments. This may also include insults, provocations, personal attacks against participants, and similar behavior.

Penalty:

First flame violation: chat communication restriction for 60 minutes.
Second flame violation: chat communication restriction for 120 minutes.
Third flame violation: chat communication restriction for 360 minutes.
Systematic violation of this rule, more than three times: character ban for 24 hours, with no possibility of early removal.
Second systematic violation of this rule: character ban for 7 days, with no possibility of early removal.
Repeated systematic violation: permanent account ban.

The purpose of this rule is to maintain a respectful and polite atmosphere in chats by preventing insults and negative communication between participants.

2.4 Advertising and links

Grounds for penalty: it is prohibited to send any links, including website addresses, email addresses, links to players' pages, and other resources not related to the website or the game. Direct calls to move to other games or projects unrelated to FreeStreet are also prohibited, for example: "go to ...", "let's play ...", and similar phrases. This rule also applies to paired nicknames, profile cards, and other elements whose combined content violates any active rule.

Penalty:

First violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 240 minutes.
Second violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 480 minutes.
Third violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 1440 minutes.
Systematic violation of the rule: permanent account ban.

2.5 Buying and selling items and characters

Grounds for penalty: this rule prohibits buying and selling in-game items for real currency, including rubles, dollars, and so on, as well as selling characters for any currency, whether in-game or outside the game. It also prohibits stating prices for buying or selling in private messages, general chat, and other in-game chats, as well as other fraudulent or manipulative actions. Messages about buying and selling on external platforms are not reviewed, except in cases where the game administration has personally recorded the violation.

Penalty:

Permanent account ban.

Messages under this rule may be moderated in any available communication channel between players, including private messages, mail, and so on.

3. Insults toward players and project staff, threats

3.1 Insults

Grounds for penalty: this rule prohibits insulting other players in chat, including the use of obscene language. Grounds for punishment include provoking insults or profanity, unfounded public accusations, the use of offensive derivatives of character names or clan names, and other forms of misinformation and slander.

Penalty:

First violation: chat communication restriction for 120 minutes.
Second violation: chat communication restriction for 240 minutes.
Third violation: chat communication restriction for 360 minutes.
Systematic violation of this rule, more than three times: character ban for 24 hours, with no possibility of early removal.
Second systematic violation of this rule: character ban for 7 days, with no possibility of early removal.
Repeated systematic violation: permanent account ban.

3.2 Insults toward project staff

Grounds for penalty: this rule prohibits insults toward representatives of the administration, moderation team, other project staff, whether from work characters or main characters, as well as insults toward the FreeStreet game company itself. Threats of violence, threats to remove someone from an administrator or moderator position, and similar statements are prohibited, as is targeted harassment in both general chat and private messages.

Penalty:

First violation: chat communication restriction for 720 minutes.
Second violation: chat communication restriction for 1440 minutes.
Systematic violation of this rule, more than two times: character ban for 24 hours, with no possibility of early removal.
Second systematic violation of this rule: character ban for 7 days, with no possibility of early removal.
Repeated systematic violation: permanent account ban.

3.3 Threats

Grounds for penalty: this rule prohibits sending messages that contain direct or indirect threats of violence, both in real life and in the game space. This also includes wishing injury or death upon others, extortion, and blackmail.

Penalty:

First violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 360 minutes.
Second violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 720 minutes.
Repeated violation: chat communication restriction for 1080 minutes.
Systematic violation: chat communication restriction for 1440 minutes.
Systematic violation of this rule, more than four times: character ban for 7 days, with no possibility of early removal.
Repeated systematic violation: permanent account ban.

4. Obscene language

Grounds for penalty: this rule prohibits the use of obscene language, including profanity, whether directed at other players or used without a specific addressee. This also includes incomplete words, abbreviations, and words where one or more letters are replaced with various special characters, such as: ***, ---, ===, ###, ...., and so on. This rule applies to obscene language in any language and encoding, as well as to offensive words.

Examples of prohibited words: the list includes abbreviations and similar expressions, but their variations and similar words are also prohibited: "нах", "нех", "пох", "хули", "фак", "пздц", "ебнврт", and other similar abbreviations.

Penalty:

First violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 60 minutes.
Second violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 120 minutes.
Third violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 360 minutes.
Systematic violation of the rule, more than three times: character ban for 24 hours, with no possibility of early removal.
Second systematic violation of this rule: character ban for 7 days, with no possibility of early removal.
Repeated systematic violation: permanent account ban.

5. Violations in an in-game nickname or in the name of a clan, gang, profile card, pet, and other elements

5.1 Obscene language and other violations in the in-game name of a clan, gang, profile card, pet, and other elements

Grounds for penalty: this rule prohibits the use of obscene language and prohibited words, references to narcotic substances, including slang and colloquial forms, abbreviations, links to external resources, and other violations in clan names, gang names, profile cards, and pet names. This rule also applies to paired profile cards, paired nicknames, names, and other elements whose combined content violates any active rule.

Penalty:

After a warning is issued, the player is given 15 minutes to correct the violation. If the player does not respond to the warning, the moderator kicks the player from the server and duplicates the information via in-game mail. If the player logs back into the game but does not correct the violation within 5 minutes, a permanent account ban is issued.

5.2 Obscene language and other violations in an in-game name

Grounds for penalty: this rule prohibits the use of obscene language and prohibited words, references to narcotic substances, including slang and colloquial forms, abbreviations, advertising abbreviations and direct calls to move to other games, as well as other violations in character names. This rule also applies to paired nicknames whose combined content violates any active rule.

Penalty:

After a warning is issued, the player is given 1 day to correct the violation. If the player does not respond to the warning, the moderator kicks the player from the server and duplicates the information via in-game mail. If the player logs back into the game but does not correct the violation, an additional 1 day is given after login, after which a permanent account ban is issued.

5.3 Use of project staff in-game nicknames

Grounds for penalty: this rule prohibits the use of nicknames or in-game nicknames belonging to administration, moderation, and other project staff, as well as derivatives of those nicknames, within the game and on its platforms.

Penalty:

After a warning is issued, the player is given 1 day to correct the violation. If the player does not respond to the warning, the moderator kicks the player from the server and duplicates the information via in-game mail. If the player logs back into the game but does not correct the violation, an additional 1 day is given after login, after which a permanent account ban is issued.

6. Politics and incitement of ethnic hatred

6.1 Politics

Grounds for penalty: this rule prohibits discussion of politics, political systems, actions of politicians, policies of states, or any entities in game chats. It is preferable to avoid political discussions in the game because they may cause conflicts and negative reactions among players.

Penalty:

First violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 240 minutes.
Second violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 360 minutes.
Third violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 720 minutes.
Systematic violation of this rule, more than three times: chat communication restriction for 1080 minutes, with no possibility of early removal.
Second systematic violation of this rule: character ban for 7 days, with no possibility of early removal.
Repeated systematic violation: permanent account ban.

6.2 Incitement of ethnic hatred

Grounds for penalty: this rule prohibits messages that call for actions directed against other nationalities and peoples, as well as messages claiming the superiority of one nation or people over another. This also includes messages that provoke ethnic or racial hatred and hostility, as well as incitement to conflicts on religious grounds. Propaganda of intolerance toward cultural, ideological, gender, language, political, or any other affiliation is prohibited. This includes encouraging similar actions and statements made by other users.

Penalty:

First violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 720 minutes.
Second violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 1440 minutes.
Third violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 10080 minutes, with no possibility of early removal.
Systematic violation of this rule, more than three times: character ban for 7 days, with no possibility of early removal.
Repeated systematic violation: permanent account ban.

7. Propaganda, discussions, and mentions of violence, drugs, and weapons. Propaganda of alcohol, tobacco smoking, and similar topics

Grounds for penalty: this rule prohibits messages containing propaganda, discussions, and mentions of violence, as well as advertising and open discussions of any narcotic substances, topics, or statements of a sexual or pornographic nature. Messages containing propaganda of alcohol and tobacco smoking are also prohibited. The purpose of this rule is to prevent negative impact on players and to ensure a safe and healthy gaming environment.

Penalty:

First violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 720 minutes.
Repeated violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 1400 minutes.
Third violation of the rule: chat communication restriction for 10080 minutes, with no possibility of removal.
Systematic violation of this rule, more than three times: character ban for 7 days, with no possibility of early removal.
Repeated systematic violation: permanent account ban.

8. Coercion into sexual acts

Grounds for penalty: messages are prohibited if they contain sexual undertones with a detailed description of erotic actions, coercion of individuals into sexual intercourse or sexual and erotic acts, provocations and open harassment without the consent of the other person, as well as any other sexual acts carried out through threats, blackmail, or other methods that may be used to obtain material or personal benefit. Messages under this rule may be moderated in any available communication channel between players, including private messages, mail, and so on.

Penalty:

Permanent account ban.

9. Sharing conversations with the administration

Grounds for penalty: it is prohibited to share private correspondence with project administrators, as well as screenshots, videos, and audio recordings of tickets on any matters, including any graphical modifications. Messages under this rule may be moderated in any available communication channel between players, including private messages, mail, and similar channels.

Penalty:

Permanent account ban.

10. Fraud

Grounds for penalty: this rule prohibits the sale or attempted exchange of fake in-game items or services with the purpose of deceiving players and obtaining financial gain. Unlawful actions also include attempts to sell an existing item, object, or service to one or more players when the item, object, or service is not transferred after payment, which confirms the fact of a fake transaction and fraud.

Penalty:

If financial fraud is suspected, or if there is supporting evidence from other players against the suspected player, the administration reserves the right to block the account for an indefinite period and conduct an intentional review of session logs to establish the actual violation and apply possible sanctions depending on the severity of the violation. Such sanctions may include confiscation of currency or an item and its return to the lawful owner, as well as extending the permanent account ban for a period determined at the discretion of the project administration.

11. Impersonating game administration or moderation

Grounds for penalty: this rule prohibits claiming or assigning oneself the position of project administration or moderation in any available communication channel between players, including private messages, Megaphone chat, mail, and so on. Everyone must understand that a player who is not a member of the [DevGroup] clan and does not have the corresponding "moderator" status above their in-game nickname does not possess any special privileges that would allow them to mislead others about their role.

Penalty:

Account ban for a period determined at the discretion of the project administration.

12. Interference with gameplay

Grounds for penalty: interference with gameplay means any action aimed at gaining an unfair advantage, obstructing other players' actions, distorting information, or creating an uncomfortable environment while participating in arenas, events, and other game activities. This may include deliberate removals from a location by the leader and vice leaders of the clan that owns the location where an activity is taking place, transformations into prank forms during active events or in-game events, and similar actions.

Penalty:

First violation: a warning is issued.
Repeated violation within the same action, event, or other identical format: kick from the server. If the player enters the game after the kick and continues to interfere with the same event, the account is banned for 1 day.
Systematic violation within the same action, event, or identical format: character ban for 7 days.
Repeated systematic violation within the same action, event, or identical format: permanent account ban.
If interference with gameplay occurs in a new situation, such as another event, a different in-game event, an activity unrelated to the previous violation, and so on, the penalty starts from the first violation regardless of previous penalties in other contexts.

13. Disclosure of personal information

Grounds for penalty: it is prohibited to disclose or collect personal information of other players or project staff without their explicit and direct consent. This includes, but is not limited to: real first names and last names, residential addresses, phone numbers, links to social media profiles, email addresses, workplace or place of study information, and any other data that can identify a person in real life.

Messages under this rule, including threats to disclose such information, meaning doxing, may be moderated in any available communication channel between players, including private messages, mail, general chat, and others.

Penalty:

Permanent account ban.

The current rules apply to general chat, competition chat, GM chat, Megaphones, Superphones, Gigaphones, the character profile card, and the names of clans, gangs, and pets. Messages in private chat, flower messages, and mail are not moderated, with the exception of messages sent to the project administration or moderation, which means penalties are not issued for them. Communication in clan chat and gang chat is regulated by the clan and gang members themselves within the framework of the game rules. Reports of unlawful actions sent through any available communication channels may be reviewed and may lead to penalties if they are found to correspond to rules 1.3, 2.5, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13.

If a player does not want to see someone's messages in communication channels such as private chat, Megaphones, Superphones, and Gigaphones, they may add that character to the blacklist, after which all subsequent messages from that character will no longer be visible.

For violations in the "Megaphone", "Superphone", and "Gigaphone" channels, a double ban is applied. This measure applies to chat communication restrictions, character bans, and any other sanctions.

In the event of a permanent account ban, amnesty may be granted at the discretion of the project administration. If several game rules are violated, sanctions are applied cumulatively for all violated rules.

If the current game rules are violated from an alternate account, sanctions apply both to the character that violated the rules and to the main character. When transferring a character, the player is solely responsible for all possible consequences. Using an alternate account or someone else's account to violate the current rules may lead to an intentional review of session logs to establish the actual violator and apply possible sanctions depending on the severity of the violations.

All penalties applied to players in the game and on other official platforms, including chat communication restrictions, time-outs, or temporary bans in Telegram and Discord, are automatically reset every month. Permanent bans of game characters or accounts on other platforms are not subject to reset.

Requests from players regarding chat bans and account unbans, as well as complaints about other users, are reviewed exclusively through technical support using the following path: "Game Website" - "Technical Support" - "Create Request".
