Online Market Rules

These rules govern the use of the FreeStreet online market, intended for buying and selling in-game items between players. The market uses three currencies: coins, crystals and DNS (hereinafter referred to as “currency”).

1. General Provisions

1.1. The market is intended exclusively for buying and selling in-game items.

1.2. Any operations involving real money (rubles, dollars, euros and so on) are strictly prohibited.

1.3. Giveaways of real-world valuables, gift cards and any material items not related to the game are prohibited.

1.4. Lot descriptions and a player’s shop description must not contain insults, provocations, external contacts/messengers, third-party links and so on, and the description must not violate the project rules.

2. Prohibited Actions

2.1. It is prohibited to list for sale items that have an automatic lock status* (autolock) before the set lock period has expired.

2.2. Any manipulations aimed at “laundering” in-game currency are strictly prohibited. “Laundering” means any scheme that hides the origin of funds or redistributes them between accounts in order to bypass restrictions.

2.3. Fake sales intended to transfer currency are prohibited. Any actions that imitate selling an item without the intention to transfer it to the buyer, in order to move currency, will be considered a violation.

2.4. Using game or market bugs and errors to gain an advantage is prohibited.

3. Responsibility

3.1. Any suspicious activities involving any currency may lead to a potential check of the user’s IP, device and items.

3.2. The administration and moderators reserve the right to remove lots and restrict access to the market at their discretion in order to protect the in-game economy.

3.3. Violating these rules results in sanctions. Possible measures: warning, restriction of trading functions, rollback or confiscation of items and currency, ban for a period set by the administration, exclusion from rankings — regardless of VIP status.

3.4. The player bears full responsibility for all actions performed through their account in the market.

3.5. The player undertakes to follow the established rules of the market and the game as a whole.

3.6. The game developers reserve the right to modify these rules at any time without prior notice. Updates are published on the official FreeStreet resources and take effect from the moment the new version is published.

4. Feedback

4.1. Appeals in case of bans are available within 30 days from the moment sanctions are applied. To proceed with reviewing restrictions, the player must submit a ticket on the game website.

4.2. If a player suspects or discovers unlawful deals in the market, they may submit a request to technical support with a brief description of the issue and screenshot(s).

* automatic lock (autolock) — a lock that prevents the transfer of items and things for 28 days after adding or updating an item in events, wheels or other activities.
